The long 3\" downturning brim accents the high rounded crown. A 1 1/2\" black gros grain ribbon is backed with a white ribbon as an accent between brim and crown. A straw tab holds them as a pull through tail at the right side (see condition report below). The band takes a turn at the back and ends at the back right side. Label says Styled by Juli-Kay Chicago Size: 4 1/2\" tall; 22\" inner band circumference Condition: good vintage, no stains, no holes. Note--on the tail ribbon, the white ribbon has a paper backing which may have been glued to the back of the black ribbon. The paper is currently not attached to the back of either ribbon (see pic).
